Generally speaking, cut your carb intake (specifically, eliminate your beer intake completely). Lots of cardio will help burn your fat reserves, a weight-training routine will help build muscle which will in turn help burn fat because muscle is more metabolically active than fat. Also, your cardio may burn some muscle (SOME, don't get too worked up about this) and the weight-training will keep this to a minimum. Don't do your cardio routines and your weight routines on the same day. Tons of sit-ups will help strengthen and tone your ab muscles. And finally, remember: you didn't get your beer belly overnight, you won't lose it overnight.

I myself can't get back into the shape that I was in when I was in my teens and 20's (I was working out at a boxing club then), because now I'm in my late 40's and I've changed a bit. But for my age I look pretty good with no fat on my stomach. Eat less, cut out beer, run/pushups/situps -if this is really what you want. Most guys, however, seem somewhat content to be chubby. They just complain while eating the Big Mac and fries.

you've got to start running or jogging, though situps will build abdominal muscle, they do not burn a relatively high amount of body fat, and when your body uses its fat reserves it doesn't necessarily take them from near the muscle in question. The running must be combined with a sensible diet, you must intake less calories than you are burning in order for your body to draw off the fat reserves.

People who plan their weekly meals are more successful at losing weight than those who don’t. Plan your dishes to incorporate healthy carbs such as special potato and wholegrain pasta, green vegetables and lean proteins, buy all the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to nibble on out or order in.

Suck that in. Consciously hold in and contract your abdominals while you’re walking, sitting your desk or making the dinner. This will help to strengthen your stomach muscles and your core, and bring you one step closer to any flatter stomach.

Beans, beans, are good for your heart, the more consumed the more you... lose bodyweight actually. Super-effective and full regarding fibre, beans will regulate your appetite and reduce the rate at which ones stomach empties, meaning you remain fuller for longer.
