Sometimes ticket companies (not ticketmaster or anything) have bunches that they have bought. They'll be more expensive, but you'll see them. Type in U2 tickets at Yahoo and you may see something popping up that says "U2 Tickets" or U2 tickets at such and such. It's usually on the right hand side. Go there and see if you see your city.
I found Red Hot Chili Peppers tickets when they were sold out, you can probably do the same. But, like I said, prepare to pay a bit more.
Ebay may also have some as well.

Absolutely - you can visit numerous U2 message boards/Web sites and buy or trade tickets with other fans, or you can try the venue box office on the day of the event. Ticketmaster also releases additional tickets (that were originally suppressed) closer to the day of the event, so it's always good to check back weeks after they've gone on sale.

goto the show anyhow, im almost positive you will get a ticket in the parking lot somewhere. Alot of folks should have them and maybe even have extras, just parade around the lot with your forefinger in the air and no im not joking...(means you need a ticket).
