If you are young (teenager or early 20's) PLEASE don't spaz out about your weight. This is the time of your life will small modifications will reduce your weight, as well as, time. Wait 20 minutes before going back for seconds (you probably won't even want it after that wait) and stop eating after 7 p.m. Now the acne, that's a little tricky. Maybe increase your water intake, wash your face a few times a day. If you must use soap, use Dove or Neutrogena. Everything is not made for everybody's skin and uses something that worked for someone else may make your acne worse.

This diet works.
You have to go to a gym, or any other excercise place, and try too lose a given amount of calories, like I started of with loosing at least 250 (I usually ended up more than that). I ended up with loosing a kilo in 2 weeks, because I still ate too much.
You have to try and eat healthy, but you can allow yourself chocolate (not too much tho and dark chocolate is better!). Its better to snack every 2 hours or so, fruits etc. Also Philadelphia cream chese dips are great low calorie treats! Try not to have carbonhydrates and protein. And remember the easiest way to lose weight beautifully is to EAT healthy (Dont starve yourself!!)
As for acne try many different brands. Make sure your hair is always clean (When it touches your face etc). If you have too much acne and it stays on for a LONG time and I dont mean like a week, go see your docter

just drink lots of waters at least 8 glasses of water or just a full bottle 2 liter of water at least a day if ur not moving....and u'll lose weight if u don't eat before going to bed . all u need is a treadmill
it would help even if u only run for a 1 minutes a day, sona or wet sona would hep u loose weight..
i don't recomend even a diet pepsi cause just a 12 oz diet pop have 8 spoon sugar ...u'll need to drink 2 extra cups of water just
to = equal the sugar
....

As far as the acne goes, it may sound weird, but try using carex handwash as a facial cleanser. This vastly improved not only my skin but also that of two of my friends. It's also far cheaper than most of the lotions and potions out there claiming to cure all, and works a hell of a lot better!

Stop consuming milk to get rid of the acne, it helped alot with me. Also, to loose weight just do the stereotypical excerscise, and eating right. Everybody says it doesnt work, but nobody really tries. You just have to research it.

Good for you that you want to do these things for yourself but don't get to bogged down with them look at other things that make you, you write down all the good things about yourself without focusing on just the weight, and acne, and take your time don't go for any fast fixes Good Luck.

for one, don't even think about going on a crash diet, don't work yourself too hard and only eat healthy food, drink at least 2 litres of water everyday and drink food with fibre, fibre and more fibre, but not too much fibre, don't be afraid to try stuffn that looks gross.
Acne:
I used stridex power pads for about a month and my acne dissappeared!! plus it was worst than most!vif you live in the USA, they sell them in your average store, Wal Mart, etc, but you'll have to order them if you live in the UK like me. Well worth it though

I used Slimming World last year..lost 2 stone and ate more than my husband at times! There is always something you can eat due to the 'Free Foods' so you never feel like you are missing out and you can still have your treats. Highly recommended. Didn't even have to exercise!
