They're a bunch of angry Americans - Republicans on steroids
They think the most important issues in our country are:
1. Banning abortion (ignoring those that are alive)
2. Banning Gay Marriage (worse than terrorism)
3. Securing the right to bear arms (promoting gun violence)
4. Supporting the war on terrorism in Iraq (nation building, which they used to oppose above anything else, but they can't admit that a right winger is making a mistake, especially a military mistake that costs thousands of lives)
5. ignoring our misguided energy and transportation policies

They are a very christian based party. They also believe we should get back to the basic rules of the Constitution. To me they seem like an extremely far right party. somethings are good in my few somethings are pretty radical and I doubt they will ever win an election.
