I hate reality tv, it's all scripted anyway.

Yes, it' really annoying! There are only a few really excellent reality shows- what I call the "upper eschelon" reality shows ( Survivor, The Apprentice, etc ) and then the "guilty pleasure" reality shows ( Hell's Kitchen, Foodnetwork Star, etc ) and then horrible awful "I-would-rather-watch-nothing" reality shows ( Unanimous, etc ) I think too, depending on what you age is a huge factor. I would never watch "Big Brother" it just doesn't interest me or "Rockstar supernova". Bleh, Not to worry, like everything else reality tv will run it's course!

I am. But then again, there's a lot of people out there without lives of their own who love to watch reality TV and dream. They should get their own life.

Even though I actually like and watch a select few of them, there are just too many. They are all that seems to be on TV these days and a lot of them I could care less about.

Definitely. It just seems to point to the fact that folks who watch TV anymore don't have their own lives, so need to live vicariously through reality shows.

Maybe it would be different if there was anything real about them, but come on -- how real is it when the people involved know that a camera is on them? There hasn't been a "real" reality show since Candid Camera.

Ugh...I can definitely do without these shows. I think it's pretty sad that with the kind of salary these actors make that they're being replaced by "regular folk"....unfortunatley, regular folk aren't making up to a million an episode.

They are everywhere you look. Some of them are just right stupid and some I just cant stop watching...In the 70's-80's it was Game Shows..the were everywhere...whats next?
