Josh Lyman, look at all the women he almost gets; and sometimes does. He adds an everyday guy type feel to the show. One of my favs is when he and the Rob Lowe character start a fire in a closed up fireplace and set off the fire alarms, then they go to President Bartlett and say remember when you told us not to wake you unless the White House was on fire...well.

Leo was always my favorite because he was not perfect, but he tried, he was dedicated, funny, intelligent and sarcastic.
Not to mention that I think John Spencer was a fantastic actor.

Josh Lyman, because he is smart, funny and a lovable jackass.
But I love the whole cast really.
