Yes, I was surprised when France beat Spain because I thought Spain was really good, and when France beat Brazil I was astonished, amazed, more than just surprised. I couldn't believe it. I was kinda disappointed because I believed in Brazil so much, maybe too much. I think I gave them too much credit, as many people do.
Yes, FRANCE are legends, and YES they definitely showed that when they beat both Spain AND Brazil. Zidane and Tierry Henry are legends, and two of the greatest players of the world. They proved to be better than Ronaldinho. Ronaldinho is my favorite, and that's why I was disappointed.
If FRANCE will win the World Cup, they will prove to be real true legends. I believe that FRANCE will win the World Cup.

I think France played well, but really Brazil weren't as good as they usually are... It has a lot to do with the fact that they knew they had previously lost twice to France, including for the finals in 1998, and they were in a mental state where they were intimidated by France... That's also what happened with Spain, they lost to France because they looked at the statistics which said they never won against France... Too bad now, but thanks to this, France has recovered their confidence... But to me, they will have to beat two other teams and win this cup to become legends... they're not quite there yet...

I think it's impressive that Brazil took the record for most consecutive world cup victories (10), and the streak was broken by France, who just happens to be the last team they lost to in 1998.

They surprised me more by beating Spain. Brazil was waiting to get beat the way they were playing (but I confess, I still expected them to beat France).

Well considering they beat a usually disappointing and underachieving Spanish side and a lacklustre and mediocre Brazil and minnows Togo, no ... i do not think France showed they are still legends. If they beat Portugal and Italy/Germany, then i'll consider them "legends"
