No because anyone with training know's that's crap.
However, if you sqeeze a person hard enough in the area of the neck right below the ear you could knock him out. I would advise against this because if done wrong it could kill just as easly.

yah. I got in a fight in the 7th grade. I tried it and it didn't work. I left myself open to attack and almost lost becasue of it
