Can i use "peace" sybmbol legally as a brand logo?!

You'd have to make sure no other company before has used it, or band, or brand, or whatever, because then it might be. If you had a different design and other nick-nacks on or around it, It might be alright to use it then. But just using a black peace symbol as a logo MAY get you into some trouble, but I don't know, that's a very common symbol.

The peace symbol is the footprint of the American yellowbellied chicken. It's really not something to be associated with.

As far as I know, no one owns the logo. By the same token, if you are successful, anyone else can use it also, as it is in the public domain.

yes you can, but good luck geting it registered as a trademark since it has been used by many people for many things for many years.

If you made it your own by making it funky colors and stuff like that that no other company has, yes.

You can use it, but you probably could not trademark it because it is in the public domain.
