Did you use a real person's name? WHY??? Have you been charged with a crime? If not, don't worry about it, or call the club and correct the mistake. I am sure it's not the first or last time they have dealt with this sort of thing.

I think you really need to come to terms with yourself before you go to another club. Are you willing to go to another club as yourself, or are you still too scared? I hope one day you come out and won't have to worry about this anymore.
