if he is trying to disprove your disability, this may border on libel/slander. i would contact your neighbor and ask if he would like to take better pictures of those plants without you in the picture. i think he might be a little mad. but i would ask him seriously why he was taking those pics. if he is trying to disprove your disability, then i think those pictures could (only an opinion) be considered defamation of charater. wether or not you have nothing to hide you do not need to just take it. do something or it will never end. "but you look so good" it is a brochure made to give out to people who think all disabled people should be in a chair or "look" disabled.

Do nothing. If you've been honest about your disability, weeding in the garden will not be sufficient to overcome the medical evidence. If you haven't, then you deserve to lose your benefits. In the vast majority of cases (and I've done hundreds) this sort of thing never goes to court. It's just not sufficient. So, don't even worry about it unless and until it comes to a hearing.
If it does, get a good lawyer, gather all the supporting evidence you can muster, and win. Then send your neighbors flowers with a little note, thanking them for making it impossible for dhs to ever question your disability again.

Does your disability preclude you from gardening? How long can you tolerate working in the garden? What is DHS saying about it? Find out what they say first. Second, you need to kick your neighbors nosy ***. Do you have a stick or something you can beat them with? Where do you live? I would be willing to donate my time to kick their asses for you.

sorry love...if your truly disabled..have no fear...
...however...due to the large number of people taking advantage of ssi, workmans comp and such....one never knows who your neighbor really is....states have everyday people on their payrolls..to snap pictures of those who are abusing the system...hey...its our tax dollars paying for the frauds...and its these frauds that are making it hard for the ones that really need it.
but again...if your truly disabled..and not being dishonest...you have nothing to fear...right?

first of all, what did you do to make your neighbors want so do something like this to you? secondly, i guess it depends on how disabled you are and what social security has decided to allow you to draw (based on your level of handicap)
