Well the best way you can get around blocked sites, is go through a proxy, just go to google, alltheweb, yahoo, and type in CGI proxy, and you will find 1 that will get you to the site you want.

You don't. The owner of the computer you are using has decided that you are not allowed to do certain things with that computer. Unless you're willing to be fired, expelled or grounded, your best bet is to leave well enough alone.
