No modern car is made by hand, although on some exotics a few critical items such as engine assembly are still done completely by hand (and even signed by the builder).
Actually you don't want a car made by hand. Robots and machines are way more accurate. Handwork, especially metal work, means that you can never fit a replacement door or fender.
Until the Germans bought them, Rolls Royce was a rather unreliable and problem-ridden car. While the craftsmanship of the interiors, etc., was beautiful, they didn't run worth a damn.

First, the British do not make the Rolls Royce anymore. It is a cooperative effort by Bavarian Motor Werks (BMW) and the largest car compnay in the world Volkswagon (VW) There is very little that us made by hand in either of these 2 companies and the reason the car costs so much is not so much because of the quality as it is for the name.
