Just looking into doing some event vending and would like to get some information of how I must operate with licenses, food permits, health department and so on.

Depends on the county/city/state you are in (and where the event itself takes place too.
You can start off calling the Department of Health in your county or state to learn about different licenses you need to apply for.
You could also call a company that is currently doing what you want to do and ask them for information, or even an internship with them.

where ru from . apart from licneses it needs a lot of things what are u willing to do in event vending clarify to get better ans's.
