i think that lady in the water is the most original plot i have heard of in a long time. i'm definitley gonna see it. nacho libre looked original,.

Well, I have a link to the original movie script for The Matrix, and Reloaded, what was originally going to be the only sequel to The Matrix. Then they decided to take that script and kinda split it up and change some stuff to make the two movies they made. But the original concept for Reloaded was interesting to read.

The Hills Have eyes, The Da Vinci Code was based on the book but it was still unlike any other movie before it.

Let's see. . .Underworld was an original idea, so was Crash, thanks other answerer, Miss Congeniality was. . .Wish I could think of more at the moment. Sorry. I hope there's a lot more than what I just listed.
