I have a Walter P. Chrysler Limited Edition Town and Country mini-van that has the DVD player, CD player, electric windows, seats and heated seats as well as air. Naturally besides the front seat and passenger seat there are 2 more directly behind them and a two more behind those. The rear hatch opens and the seats can fold down or be removed. I have no complaints about it. It rides very nicely, is great on gas and there are no blind spots as your field of vision is perfect because of all of the windows. The down side? It was $32,000.00. But it was worth not having to listen to my wife yap because she couldn't see out the sides and it's big enough that she feels comfortable with it.

Most reviewers prefer the Odyssey and Sienna, but they have nothing similar to the stow and go seats, which provide a 4x8-ft load area when down. I have this car - the 2005 was the first of the "Chrysler-Benz" vehicles that may have benefited from the merger with MB (subsequently unmerged) and is really nice. I've not found the center seats uncomfortable, but I'm short and light; larger folk may not like them. Since I use the load area a lot, the other brands don't work for me. I haven' used the very back seats much, but they are basically the same as the center seats. If you are driving or in front, you won't feel comfort compromised at all. In my experience, if this car has any major faults, it's the reliance on the dealer to provide maintenance at a reasonable cost and the scammy behaviors they indulge in at my (yours may be fine) dealer to blow those costs ever higher. If so, find a good mechanic of your own to service them and you may be fine.

I have ridden in the middle row....it is VERY, very uncomfortable...after about 20 minutes. This is because there is not much cushioning so that the seats will fold away My advice to you: Rent one of these for a weekend....they are prevalent at Hertz, Budget and other rental car places. Some dealerships rent them also. Better to spend $150 and make sure than to spend thousands on something that you are going to hate. The other thing that you should know is that these vehicles depreciate rapidly! If you do decide to buy one, my suggestion would be to buy a 1-2 year old one, not new.....where the major depreciation has already taken place.

Odyssey and Siena are much better minivans!
