PeRSoNaLiTy is much better than just looks, if a guy is really really hoooott but a dumb dork when it comes to intelligance then i'd pick PeRSoNaLiTy over looks anyday, take it from most girls, we love the personality more than just the looks.

Personality is more important. Some really cute guys have nasty personalities, or they're very boring. I like someone who is interesting and exciting.

Unless you want a gorgeous jerk/idiot with whom you never have to carry on an intelligent conversation, YES, personality is more important.
