according to the WWEs drug policy "Any Talent who is arrested, convicted or who admits to a violation of law relating to use, possession, purchase, sale or distribution of prohibited drugs will be in material breach of contract and subject to immediate dismissal." They're a couple of stupid jackasses. With the new drug testing policy, they've got to be really stupid to do any type of drugs now. I think they should both be fired. I have no patience or sympathy for people who do drugs. They know right from wrong. they did the wrong thing, and got caught. They should both be punished accordingly.

RVD should have known better than to speed in OHIO! He's from Michigan and all of us from Michigan KNOW do not speed in Ohio.
Due to the recent enforcement by WWE on drugs, WWE has no choice but to suspend both of them. If not, they open themselves up to a major lawsuit from Chris Masters.
Some type of change in the belt will have to happen tomorrow - whether all of a sudden it's a triple threat match or what!

Kind of hard to believe that RVD was arrested but could be true. RVD is a well known wrestler even if you hate him or like him. I always thought he was a good wrestler. Guess no one knows the true personality behind all of the wrestlers in their own personal life's.

Every real wrestling and ECW fan knows RVD is a pot head. The WWE doesn't care that you do drugs, as long as it doesn't interfere or cause problems in your wrestlilng performance. WWE fired Jeff Hardy because of marijuana, but he was letting it get in the way. He missed shows and arrived late, that's why they fired him not cause of the marijuana. So whatever happens outside of wrestling who cares, just watch it and ignore the other bull sh!t.

finally RVD and sabu got caught omg u can tell that they once used it. they prob will go into rehab just like chris master and joey mercury. but ill be grad if they take the wwe belt from rvd that would be the best thing that happen in wwe. and give it to it rightfully owner which is john cena
