Hold down the control key, click the mouse wheel away from you. If you don't have a mouse wheel, click on View - Text Size.

Time for Firefox!

You shouldn't have to fix any browser's text due to faulty/malicious programming or from a virus.

After just one virus obtained by a bastard site, I stopped using Internet Explorer.

It looks quirky at first, I admit, you are so much better off with firefox, especially with the tabbed browser options. Not to mention there are so many different "skins" to use with firefox, why would anyone continue to use IE ?

Firefox has it's own internal popup blocker, no need for any external faulty popup blocker.

Hold the control button and roll the wheel on your mouse. It will make the text larger or small until you have found a good size.

Or click View > Text Size and pick a good size.

If the above suggestions do not work then it means that you probably had a virus recently. There are some viruses that attach themselves to Windows files and then those files become corrupt upon removal of the virus. The only solution is to do a repair install of Windows using your Windows disk, which hopefully you have.
