1. Texas Chainsaw Massacre (watch the new one who cares)
2. The Town that never sleeps
3. The Grudge
4. White Noise
5. Friday the 13th

Some of the movies you have seen are fairly new, but none really all that scary. Have you seen The Descent? I really enjoyed watching it, although watching it the second time, was really quite disappointing. You can't beat the classics; The Shining, The Exorcist, The Omen, The Candyman, and The Poltergeist.

I've heard Hostel was very boring. I really liked The Exorcism of Emily Rose because it was more suspenseful with the whole court room drama. The Hills Have Eyes was very emotionally taxing and tense. The people who directed High Tension also directed this one. Go check it out!

I agree with the one of the preceding posts. The Grudge... its really scary and not in a gory sense but the way it presents things. Enjoyed it very much.
