Ozzie Newsome. He blocked well and he was a very good receiver. If he played now, he would be a very prolific receiving tight end.

If we're talking about a blocking TE, I'd say either Winslow, Sr. or Mark Bavaro.
Receiving TE....you seriously have to consider Antonio Gates.
Personally, my favorite of all time is Heath Miller.
