Maggots are flesh eating, and only eat dead decaying flesh, NOT garbage. Thats why maggots use to be used in wound care. They would only eat the dead, decaying flesh, not the healthy tissue. With that being said, if you have maggots you must have a dead body of some animal somewhere, so get rid of the dead body. Its as simple as that.

Again, maggots DONT eat garbage!!

Depends on where they are...if in a trash can, take it outside and pour gasoline in it and swirl it around. Let it sit for a few minutes and then wash with a detergent. Just don't smoke while doing this.

maggots WILL eat garbage. maggots are baby flies, flies will lay their eggs in anything that is rotting and the babies eat it till they grow up and "fly" away. keep your trash containers clean and bag up your trash should help
