You should take up Pilates, because I realised that men who do push ups and the sort, even though they gain muscle, it turns into man boob type muscle, so you want to look for an exercise that creates lean muscles and core muscles and Pilates is what comes to mind when you think about that. If you do decide to take it up, also don't be shy to ask the instructor what additional exercised you can do at home to combat your "man boobs". Good Luck!!

what you are referring might bee a condition called Gynecomastia.

This is a glandular enlargement of the male breast that might be tender an is often asymmetric or unilateral.

Gynecomastia can happen virtually at any age, often causes of gynecomastia include: Androgen resistance syndromes, hyperprolactinemia, hyperthyroidism, chronic liver or renal disease, adrenal tumors, testicular tumors.

The list goes on and on, the 1st thing you should do it go to your doctor to determine if you have gynecomastia, if not then a routine of exercises and low carb diet should be enough, if not there's always a plastic surgeon who will be more then happy to assist you with this.
