Whenever you feel its ready, do it. Also whenever your parents let you, do it. Just cause everyone else is dosnt mean you have to, but dont wear too much or you'll brainwash yourself into thinking you have to wear it everyday to look good.

No, I think 13 is a good age to start educating yourself on makeup and possibly trying some out. That way by the time you get 15 or 16 you know what you like and what looks good on you. I little mascara, lip gloss, and maybe a tad of shadow should be sufficient right now. Don't go putting on a whole pageant face of makeup. Leave the eye liner, blush, concealer, and other stuff till you get older and really need it. I'm 20 and I don't even wear all that stuff. Plus, some make-up can break out your skin, so be careful with the foundations and powders, etc.

I started to wear some simple make-up at the age of 13 like pressed powder and a light blush and light lip color. However I will say this, you should be careful at what you use. I mean the more you wear make-up the more you have to. Even top models and make-up artist will tell you that as soon as you can get the make-up off, take it off. There are some claims that foundations can protect your skin, however that is a stretch. In other words, if you do not need it do not use it. Maybe start with a light colored gloss since those are popular right now and a little pressed powder but nothing beyond that.

First of all, do not wear foundation!!! It makes you look like a frosted cake. And second, this is a new generation, 13 is the age when a lot of girls start to wear makeup. And as much as I hate to admit it because I wasn't allowed until about 15, I think it would be fine if you started to wear it. Just use cover up with powder if you have pimples, not foundation. Apply a little blush, mascara, and gloss and you're good to go. I wouldn't add the liner until later, sometimes it can make you look slutty. Also, make sure it's ok with your parents because they are the ones who really have to make this decision. Good Luck!! =]

You are a little young to start.....
Make-up makes a girl look a little older....and the longer you wear it , the saying does come true...Once you take off all that gunk, you do look a lot different. But if you want to start to wear any color on your face, I would suggest some lipgloss or a pink shade to match your complexion and of course to look natural with some lite eyeshadow. I would avoid black eye liner and mascara you don't want to wake up looking like an owl. AND Last but not east avoid liquid make-up to your face....You are too young for that....It could give you acne and mess up your face.....Good Luck and remember lipgloss and a bit of eyeshadow at the most.......

sure you can - just be natural and subtle...my mom says "wear more eyeshadow than you think and less blush" I'm a little older than you and used to do a lot of modeling where you had to wear makeup so you would not be washed out on stage but you were not supposed to look like you were wearing any makeup SO, here goes...if you have a great complection you may not even need concealer or base but if you do be sure to get a light maybe water based base that closely matches your skin - test it on the back of your hand - then I like to put on eyeshadow - at your age stick to subtle colors I use a white that sort of dissapears but leaves a little shimmer - then blush, you may not need blush if you have a natural rosy color or you can just pinch your cheeks a little but if you need blush smile and the apple of your cheek is where to put it - be SURE not to put on too much blush if you use a brush to apply it get some color on the brush then tap it off so you can hardly see any color left then brush a little on your face you dont really want to be able to see the blush it should just look naturally rosy - mascara, dont use waterproof yet just go with regular -when you put it on just do one or two passes or else it will clump - if it clumps comb your lashes with a tiny eyelash comb (not the one you use on your hair) if you have really straight lashes you can curl them with an eyelash curler (never a curling iron)...thats about it - it's always good to go to the mall and one of the nice ladies at the makeup counter will do your makeup for free and tell you how to put it on yourself in the future - hope this helps! good luck =D

You are too young for liquid liner, red lipstick, false eyelashes, and the works :)

If you have blemishes or oily skin, you are old enough for concealer, powder, or even foundation. If you don't NEED it, feel the envy of the rest of us, and don't bother!

If you WANT to, you're perfectly old enough to experiment with some light, natural looks. Lip gloss, clear mascara, even a little blush are fine for a 13 year old. But if you don't want to bother, don't.

No, your not too young. Wear make-up if you like. I started at the age of 14. But don't wear make-up because everyone else does, do it because you like it. Since your 13 try to wear light make-up. Maybe some lipgloss or some light eye shadow. Also check with your parents and see if it's okay.

Well, you should really only wear makeup if you need it. Like if your skin is bad, dry, or oily, pick a foundation that can correct that. Or if you want your eyes to stand out more, use eyeshadow, eyeliner, and mascara. But always do what you want, and don't do something just because other people do

No i don't think you are too young to be using light make up products - lip gloss, light eye shadows etc. The most important thing you should be doing is taking care of your skin. Make sure you are using sunblock and keeping your skin well cleansed.
A fresh face looks much better than a made up one any day.

You are too young to worry about make ups..ur natural looks must be good without any additions.. But whether u want to start or not is ur choice.. Do whatever makes u feel good but i would suggest to wait a for a while before u get in the routine of the make up..
