You may have rosacea or rosacea-prone skin. I use Biomani citrus-sage cream morning and night, and that helped a lot. You may want to see a doctor (preferably a dermatologist to confirm whether or not you do have rosacea or not).

sounds like you have a lot of clogged pores that isely happens to men when they are in their 60's...how old are you ?...look down at the question asked thats about pores on the nose what to do that wil help you alot

Are you an excessive drinker? If so stop....either that or you have a huge zit working its way up to the surface.
