You just answered your own question. You said you are kind of mean to people you like. Maybe guys pick up on that. If they see you being mean to people you like, they might not want to be a part of that. But anyway, you sound young...you have your whole life ahead of you. Don't focus everything on boys. Having boyfriends at an early age just causes problems anyway.

Prince Charming isn't going to be showing up at your door. Let all your friends,brothers,sisters know you are looking to meet someone. If you have people you like why are you incline to be mean to these people you like. Pretty soon the word get's out not that many guys into head games and people avoid people who treat them like a piece of nothing. A change of attitude is called for........
