If you try to come between your betrothed and his/her friends, he/she is sure to resent it. And rightly so. If your betrothed wants to spend less time with his/her friend, then it is his/her place to deal with this, not yours. If your betrothed's ideas on this do not agree with your own, I see a marriage headed for trouble before it's even a marriage.

If you really feel that this is an issue, it's one you should bring up with your fiance. He isn't your property; he's a person with his own choices to make. If you want him to choose time with you over time with his friend, you should be up front and tell him so.

But frankly it sounds like you're being controlling. Your fiance has presumably known this person for years and they are close. That relationship is valid and important to your fiance, and assuming that their friendship is platonic, it isn't appropriate for you to demand that he end it. You don't come across as being secure about your relationship with this guy; if you want a successful married life, you're going to have to step off a little bit and recognize his individuality.

Best wishes and God bless.

Sorry, you are going to hate this answer, but you are being too controling. Your fiance must like hanging out with and you will just end up in hot water for trying to do this.

You need time apart in any relationship and it sounds like you are being too needy.

wow you are very jeaous of your relationship your wife has with her friend, how does your wife feel? are you sure you want to d that, i mean werent they friends before you came along, you might be touching suject, you have to first find out from your wife what she wants to do, if she like her friends friendship then there is nothing you can do. i know you hate the relationship but this might be something your wife is lacking from you that she needs from her friend. maybe she needs this womans friendship because she knows how to talk ot her and maybe they are best friends. maybe you should talk to your wife first.good luck.

Just tell her how you feel. WARNING: But if you do there is a huge chance that it will draw you and your fiancee further apart, especially if they are very close. Just TRY to be nice about it. Then if she doesnt get it. KICK HER ***.

Thet's not your role. Your fiance has to tell her himself. And if he doesn't, you have other decisions to make.
