change the world!... seriously. you have the chance to do anything to want with your major. write a book about the men and women over in Iraq, let everyone in the US have a look into a conflict like the Invisible Children, or join Amnesty Intl and travel to a third world country.

waiting tables in a restaurant... construction... there are lots of options, but if you really want to use your degree, you'll need to go to grad school and learn something "practical" like law or social work. or teach sociology to other soc. majors (lol)
