There will never be time travel or it would have already occured. Don't you think if time travel occurs in the future that someone would travel back and invent it sooner, like now or the past. Things would be different today, if there was time travel in the future. Just my thought.

It's always an interesting thought; time travel backwards. However, while mathematically you can model going backwards in time due to negative numbers, very simple physical laws dispermit it.
To go back in time you'd need to actually recreate the state of the universe in a prior time frame and place yourself within it. The first problem is you'd need a device bigger than the universe to capture the state of the universe (impossible in itself). Secondly, to capture the state of even a single particle you'd have to know both the position and momentum of it, which has been proven beyond any scientific doubt as impossible. This is because you cannot both know the velocity and position of a particle as proven through Quantum Mechanics. The easiest explanation of this theory is that measuring the position will affect the velocity, and measuring the velocity will affect the position. You could derive one from the other with great accuracy, but not with enough to reproduce it precisely which is certainly necessary.
The mathematical reason why you cannot derive one from the other is that the equations uses non-commuting operators. This means they only calculate out correctly in one direction to get a single result; the momentum or location.

No one can go into the future or back into time. If UFOs did contain people from our future and humans have been seeing them for so long, why didn't they stop tragic events (like 9/11) and help to make a better future? On the other hand, I do believe UFOs are owned by extraterrestrials.

Actually, some of them are from other dimensions, others from the future, and still others from other planets. Who knows, there could even be some from the past on other worlds. It appears that we are fast approaching a nexus in the spacetime continuum, and it may be much bigger than anyone suspects.

Why would a time traveller -- in other words, a being that stays in the same physical location but moves through the dimension of time -- be in an unidentified FLYING object?

That is one possibility.
On the other hand they could be from a whole different dimension.
There are theory's of parallel casements in the time space continuum and that could be another possible explanation.
Although I tend to believe that they are from a galaxy close by.

That's an excellent point. But, wouldn't people from the future be technically from a different planet (Earth then would be compleletly different from earth now)

Because much of history would not have happened...those of the future would know where all the wealth of the past was locted and would set into motion stoppages of the history as 'it' actually happened and Hoard all for themselves....just HUMAN NATURE....
