I take a 1000-mg. flaxseed oil capsule (fish oil would work just as well) and 800 mg. of Aleve every night at bedtime for fibromyalgia. I also take a homeopathic product called Arnica as needed for flareups. These things may help with arthritis and CFS as well, since they are all rheumatoid-type conditions.

Fish oil is beneficial when dealing with these maladies. A great help many have found in dealing with arthritis is to stay away from any foods from the solanine family. This includes potato's, tomatoes and eggplant. These all belong to the same family as deadly nightshade which contains solanone. Solanine has been shown to greatly aggravate the symptoms of arthritis.

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.

If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.

Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.

And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.

I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.

It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.

Today, I want to do the same for you!

Yeppers. Also look at this: http://www.mercola.com/products/krill_oil.htm

Take sufficient amounts of Vitamin C (it is cheap, you can get it at your pharmacy). Slowly build your amount. Despite FDA regs and disbelievers, incrementing your C till you reach high doses will help your chronic fatigue, and your arthritis especially because it will target your immune system which is causing both of these conditions to proliferate.

People are safely taking up to 10,000 and 20,000 mgs of C PER DAY. I don't recommend 20,000 for you, but get up to about 5,000 and see what that does for you. People with AIDS and Cancer are taking greater amounts and are doing rather well.

***Also note. Take C before 4 pm. You don't want to have trouble falling asleep.

*** And yeup always get a checkup. But don't expect your doctor to support your use of supplements. They aren't taught this in med school.

Yes they do help. Also consider a herbal anti-inflam like Devil's Claw.
Caffine & sugars and very rich foods don't help, try drinking plently water (at least 8 glasses a day)

For topical relief try Badgers Sore Muscle Rub (http://www.uncommonscents.com/wsbadcom.html) this smells fab too!

Good Luck

It certainly can, but what is really needed is the Omega 3 fatty acids, not the fish oil. EPA and DHA is what gets the results in fish oil. Far better to take an Omega 3 supplement to get the real benefits.
