This one is definitely tough. No search results for either phrase on the web which could mean:

1) It was never presented publicly or never published
2) It was published too many decades before the advent of typewriters, scanners, and the internet therefore was never put into "the public domain"
3) The poem is phrased differently than you remember.
or
4) Wintersnow (above) wants you to remember her poem and forget about the one you are trying to remember!

bottled feelings
sometimes i run, sometimes i hide
paper heart that tears easily

clipped wings of fantasy
fairy godmother is on holiday
pumpkin dust fading into zilch
can paper aeroplanes sodden with tears fly?

mood swings
fly high high into the sky
the next minute
down in the dumps

running away
a lone figure in the dead of the night
at the crossoads of life
tattered map

shadows of the past
haunts. prowls. stalks.
scarred for life
will i ever smile again
