Also, could anyone recommend a good men's exfolitive to use on sensitive skin. Thanks

I would recommend using Aveeno products. They are dermatologist backed, made specifically for sensitive skin, and relatively inexpensive. Cetaphil can cost $8-12 for one container, where Aveeno costs $4-6.
They also have some with Eucalyptus in them for that fresh tingle!

I highly recommend Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser. It is formulated for sensitive skin and does not have a strong scent. You can get it at any discount store (Target, etc.) or larger pharmacy, just be sure to get the lotion, not the bar soap. As for a cost effective exfoliant, you can make your own scrub by mixing regular baking soda into the Cetaphil to make an effective but gentle exfoliating paste.

I use this cleansing regime myself and have been very pleased with the results. Best of luck!

There is no difference between skin care for men and women, EXCEPT that men's skin care lines usually contain a lot of strong fragrance. This can really irritate the skin. I suggest switching to a gentle, fragrance-free skin cleanser like Cetaphil or pHisoderm (unscented). My dermatologist recommends the former.

As for a gentle exfoliator, try switching a chemical exfoliator (potentially irritating) for a mechanical one. Invest in a nice, gentle exfoliating glove and use it to massage in your facial cleanser once or twice a week. This is much less abrasive.

Oil of Oley products is one of the best for men as well it is for woman. When I met my husband, he had real dry skin and made him look older, but when he started using my products of Oil of Oley his skin started getting cleaner, smoother and younger looking. There are different kind for your skin type. For sensitive, normal, dry or grease skin. These products you can find them anywhere either drugs store or super markets. As I have used this products for years, they have work so good on me that people could never believe my age, as well on my husband. It is not good to change on many different type of product cause changing to much can harm your skin with brake out. So give it a chance and start using Oil of Oley.

For my money, Noxema makes the best stuff all around - I'm female but men use it too. I have sensitive skin.

I find that rubbing my face on a mass of female pubic hair (attached to the source I might add) is a great exfoliant.
