When I moved to North Carolina, I felt like I was being 'ma'amed' to death! Everyone uses it and uses it when addressing any woman.

my Momma taught me to be gracefull & a lady at all times to always keep my pride! Oh and to sneeze in my elbows instead of my hands....

When there's a storm, turn off all electronics...tvs and stereos. Nowadays that would include the microwave, computer, and video games.
