The easyist way to change the time is to just double click the clock in the bottom cornor of the tackbar. a window will popup called "Date/Time Properties", Right under the big clock w/ hands you can click on a section of time for example the seconds or minutes or even hours, you can also change the PM to/from AM. after your done just click the OK button.

Well done you have just changed your time.

Usually if you right click on the time which is located in the right bottom corner of your start up tool bar, the analog will come up...You can then change the date and time...Remember to click on apply so that it will update your changes...If this persists it is one of two issues... If your computer is on a dial up feature sometimes it will not catch up..If you are using dsl then you should contact your carrier because even when your computer is off the time sequence is updated through your modem...I hope this helps...

Click the time at the bottom right of your screen. When the calendar pops up, adjust the time (and check the calendar too while you're there).

Right-click where the clock is and select date/time. Remember to hit "okay" when you're done.
