Is anyone else mad that Saw 3 will not continue the story fom Saw 2? At least in the second one you got to figure out what happend to the guys in Saw 1. Saw 3 won't even have the same guy who got trapped in the second movie.

No because he was a dumbass anyway, He is a useless character and would be a waste to pursue. This is actually legit, And it does continue SAW2's story-Amanda is now working for Jigsaw DUH!

I think they should have different characters for all the movies. Just have one evil guy doing all the torture.
I thought Saw II was horrible. It was nothing compared to the first. Yeah, there were some different torture devices, but it didn't explain itself the way the first did. In fact, was there a need for a second or even a third? Wasn't the first good enough?
Couldn't the directors realize that the audience would already know what was going to happen? Although, it's really true of all sequels of horror or basically any movie.
But when it comes to horrors and sequels - you have one murderous villian that's going to kill it's victims in almost the same way but in different locations.
Kinda boring - but that's the way it works out.

They probably couldn't get the same guy for the third one..... it makes sense. Usually the third addition to a movie sucks.... Saw 2 wasn't as good as the first one.....

HONESTLY,UNFORTUNATLY THE GUY WHO PRODUCED SAW AND SAW II,DIED RIGHT AFTER SAW II CAME OUT.HE WAS ONLY ABOUT 40 YEARS OLD.YOU CAN LOOK IT UP ON A MOVIE WEBSITE.IT IS TRUE,NOT BEING FUNNY.

Saw 2 was so pathetic.... oh man just a copy of Scream 1and 2... dumb plans.... it was really disgusting .....
