My 360 won't load my pics because they are not in the jpeg format..how do I convert them, I am using photoimpression.

I'm not familiar with that program but... when you go to save you should have save as, and be able to change the file type to jpeg or jpg... JPEG stands for Joint Photographic Experts Group ...

If you can't change the save as type... I'd get a different program.

I convert my pictures using Paint Shop Pro, it has a "BATCH" conversion which means it converts them all in one click.

j-peg, is a format which saves space but has lower quality than bitmap. when you go to save as click, file type, and go to j -peg.
