Buffon of course! Although Ricardo and Lehman are not bad!

First pick, Buffon. His performance has been impecable and his leadership just dominant. That's why he has only 1 goal scored and tested in every game.

Second would be Lehman. Apart from the opener, he has received only a goal, and on top of every play, but has been tested less that Buffon.

Third, Kingston of Ghana. If his defense were more experienced and sharper on the pitch (which always killed them) he'd get more notoriety.

As reserves, I would have Barthez, whose defense is like a wall, but showed his valor vs Brazil, and the goalie from Switzerland.

Ricardo hasn't shown any thing except stop penalty kicks. Nothing else to be impressed. With dirty defenders, it is easy to receive only one goal.

I haven't watched a lot of matches, but I think Lehman from Germany and Ricardo are quite good. Ricardo was very alert and concentrated on where the ball went when penalty shoot against England in the World Cup this year. He saved 3 balls out of 5!!!

Lehman was relatively more concentrated on where the ball went too when having penalty shoot against Argentina this year.
