IIf you mean educational, try BrainAge, Big Brain Academy, or Sudoku Gridmaster. All are only $20, most DS games are $30-$40.
I don't suggest the Sudoku Gridmaster because BrainAge has Sudoku anyways.
If you mean medical as in doctors, health, etc. there aren't any, sorry.
