I would say that the success of this type marriage is 75% because most people who go into a relationship where one of the partners is disabled has already accepted that person and has enough positive experience with them that they are willing to take on the challenges of the disability after marriage occurs. If the disability happens during the marriage, success depends on how loving the relationship was prior to it.

As said elsewhere, the answer would depends on whether the disability happened before or after the marriage. If it were before, I would expect it to be the same as any other two people.
But this is a silly question. Each disabled person is unique, and the way their disability affects them is unique. Yes, a disability may put a strain on a marriage, but so will many other things. Many people with disabilities function as well or better than the non-disabled. Look at Stephen Hawking.
What about the number of people who are disabled, but undiagnosed?
The great problem with statistics like these is that they are virtually useless when applied to a particular case.
Here is a riddle for you:
Did you hear about the statistician with a fever?
He put his feet in a bucket of ice water, so on average, he felt fine.

Wrong question though. Marriage has to do with how well you get along with each other. About half of all marriages fail, and I expect that it doesn't matter if one party is disabled or not going into the marriage. If a party becomes disabled through cancer or a serious accident, that will probably cause a lowered success rate.

One of the most common questions spouses ask when confronting a marriage crisis is this: How can I save my marriage if my partner doesn't want to help find a solution? How do I succeed I am trying to save my marriage on my own? Learn here https://tr.im/cehML
It is a typical enough story: one partner leaves, the other stays. One remains 'in love', the other is uncertain. Whatever it is that has caused a couple to be apart, the one person who remains bears the prospect, fear, doubt, desire, hope of saving his or her marriage' alone.

if you have the right person in your life your chances are probably equivalent to any other relationship. keep the communication going, never feel like you cant tell the other person something that on your mind. keeping a relationship healthy is all about talking, letting each other know you care, talk some more, show affection, talk some more. good luck!

This marriage should be build on a solid ground. It should build with trust and understanding. It should have pure love to hold it up, and most of all it should have God in the mist of it all for it to be successful.
