go see a doc. best first start.
don't try and diagnose yourself.
When it hurts when you do a normal function like that you want to check with a doctor.
It could be a UTI urinary tract infection, I don't have any idea what one of the posters means by a YI.
It could be other stuff.
The info you give is actually a good first thing to give a doc. then they can ask more questions and also maybe give you an exam or take tests.
Good luck.

You most likely have an urinary tract infection in the making. Burning, painful, itching sensations when you pee; male or female is a good indicator of this. Do not play around with this. If this just started up you can try drinking a beer in the moringing and one at night. It will flush your kidneys out. But if this is an ongoing problem, see a doctor, this can become serious enough to kill you or have you put on machines to cleanse your kidneys for you. If left to long the infection can burn the tube until you can't tell you have one. So go see your doctor soon.

If you had a YI or UTI it would hurt all the time, not just when you wipe. Maybe an allergic reaction and you are irritated.. have you changed your laundry detergent or soap recently?

You might have a yeast infection or a UTI.

It could be what they all said, but what I am gonna say is gonna sound a little silly. Maybe you are just wipping too hard.
