we alsohave two small kids. we have been married for almost 13 years.she filed.she has always been in charge of everything,inclueding a 401k thats in her name only. am i entitled to anything?

Hire ADAM. The American Divorce Association for Men. Men seriously need legal representation in divorce cases, much more than women do. Her lawyer is gonna make you look like a scumbag and her like a innocent victim if you don't get representation.

Yup, you are entitled to half of everything...unless you signed a prenup. You might want to get a lawyer though and make sure you do not sign anything until your lawyer looks over it.

Get a woman lawyer that specializes in representing females, she'll want to win for you and she'll likely know more of the cheap dirty tricks that favor the female, she can better defend you.
