I am not sure where you live but most Avon Reps will give free makeovers and have beauty bashes for you, check with the Avon website and do a search for a rep in your area, get ahold of her and she will give you a free makeover in the comfort of your own home.

Any fine department store if you make a purchase. The makeover is free, the gal or guy doing it has a sales goal & will be fired if he/ she does not make sales. Don't get someone fired because you're cheap.

Go to the mall and in the departments stores you can go to the makeup counter and they can give you a make up makeover. Its fun!

hold a body shop party they give you a free makeover, if it's that kind of makeover you're on about

yea ,okay ... go to macy's make believe you want to try out a your color foundation on your face in MAC studios .tell the lady to try out a concealer on your face before applying the foundation . then if you like the doundation and the concealer , tell her you want both of them. but tell not to get them from the back just yet, because you want to see how a certain eye shdow looks on you , let her put eyeshadow on your eyes . tell her you want it , but not to get just yet because you want to see how the wash free eyeliner. on your eyes , tell her you want it but once again dont get it until the end of your makeover, lol. last but not least let her try on a certain blush , make sure your amkeup looks really go0d before the lady or man goes to the back to get all the things , you RUN out as fast as you can , but dont smere your makeup !!! go0d luck !! loLz. it really works!!

Have a Virgin Makeup party, they are trained to make up and if your friends by enough you get great discount or even a free gift!!

Department stores have cosmetic counter and they can tell you what colours and sades to go for and then they will show you how to do it.
