Not funny! Had the incident involved an ordinary citizen, there would have been charges filed. Even if the victim declined to file charges, Cheney was in violation of several laws; the main one being he was drinking and shot someone!
Funny, no way! I also wish some cartoonists would stop putting Cheney's face on Elmer Fudd..Elmer is a sweet little guy, never shot at Bugs Bunny and hit Daffy Duck. And Elmer would never tell anyone to "Go F**k yourself!".

Its up there, thankfully the guy wasn't killed.
And hunting with Dick Cheney is certainly dangerous, but far safer than riding in a car with Ted Kennedy.
