Put the folk down and stop eating so much. Control your food intake and do regular exercise. There is no easy way and the 2 or 3 I mentioned above takes will power.

Eat smaller portions every meal. Avoid too much sweets and fried foods. Drink lots of watert daily and have some exercise everyday, walking is a good exercise or you can climb up and down the stairs.

Get an exercise ball and a video. Eat the things that are in the four food groups, small portions and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. See a dietician.

Watching the size of your portions that you eat helps alot. If you eat anywhere to 5 or 6 times a day and make sure the portions if just the size of the palm of your hand then you'll be better off. If you eat large portions fewer times a day that it gives your metabilism time to slow down. When you eat less several times a day then it keeps it at a steady pace. Oh yeah, it's better to workout after you eat rather than before. Once you've worked out you've already jumpstarted your metabilsm.

Switch from what ever you currently drink to water.

Take walks...easy and great form of exercize.

Cut food intake in half at meals or even better switch to 6 small meals a day instead of 3 regular ones. This keeps you constantly full and less likely to snack attack or binge.

Good luck...you have to just do it...make these small changes and see what happens.
Also, it takes 4-6 weeks to see any "major" changes....and a plus, you will feel better in more ways than one.

Foods: Stay away from red meat and junk food. eat more fruits and vegetables.
exercise: I do belly dancing. It's very body sculpting. Also try some ballroom dancing. Even if you're horrible the pounds just melt off.

Food is drink lot's of water. Excersize is WALKING. I used to weight 345 pounds and I am 5'9". Since I started walking and subbing water for pop, I have lost 105 pounds.

what i did was 30 mins running.It really worked.Within 20 days i lost 5 kg weight.It doesn,t matter how fast or how long u run.The only thing that matters is time.so put on ur shoes and start running.OR u can play games like football.That will help a lot

you can go to this website www.DietAccess.com and you sign up and answer questions about foods you would eat then they show you a personal menu that you eat for 11 days..then take 3 days off and you are supposed to loose 9 lbs every 11 days..hope i could help

u can try slimfast while running on a treadmeal for 30 minutes 3 times a day
