Not even a second!!
The Bible clearly says that "From dust you came and to dust you will return"
Moreover it also says, "The dead are conscious of nothing"
So, if a person dies, he is dead... and there are no spirits left behind...

No. No, no, no. i'm not a criminal specialist, so this isn't criminal suggestion. For that, you pick a criminal specialist. even if: If the deceased woman had a will, the favor specifies who inherits the belongings. If she did not have a will--the time period is lack of life "intestate"--then the state specifies who inherits the belongings. If she had a have self belief, she presented route to the trustee on the disposition of the belongings. yet you could not merely come alongside, commence paying taxes, and someway receive possession. As already stated, the POA expired upon the female's lack of life. so as it really is not proper any extra, both. If the fellow who held the POA stops paying taxes, then eventually the county or city will foreclose for unpaid taxes. At that aspect, the abode will be put up on the marketplace through the city or county. What do you do? bypass to a criminal specialist. Have the criminal specialist ascertain no matter if a will has been filed, or no matter if possession of the abode is in a have self belief. if so, there could be a trustee. then you purchase the belongings from whoever the rightful proprietor is. desire that enables.

It depends on what sort of ticket to the afterlife they have bought.
Catholics have an optional stay in pergatory, so maybe some time.
Muslims have to wait until their are enough available virgins in paradise.
Born again Christians are stuck here until the rapture, and that has had as many delays as the space shuttle so they could be here for some time.
Buddhists are stuck with immediate rebirth as something more annoying unless they have bought the Nirvana version of their ticket (CD version I guess)
Atheists will never get to know.
Spiritualists are prone to frequent return trips.
Anglicans have the option of not having a spirit at all (and of course, belief in God is also optional).
Mormons are stuck permanently if heaven is fully booked - there is no easy way to know, the tickets are not numbered.

Well a persons spirit is always with us in some form or another. Everything we do is a reflection of someone else living or dead... when you tie your shoe you are carrying on something that someone else taught you... when you eat a certain food, you are reminded of the person that you first tired it with... weather on not life exist beyond the earthly world a persons spirit and legacy stays in us until we leave this place and then lives on in someone else...
so what ever your religious beliefs are remember when you hear a song, eat a meal, watch the sunrise or anything else that was a special moment between you and your loved one they are always with you...

I personally believe that they are always here, not necessarily on earth, but around us.Most people reject the idea of it so they do not see the evidence of spirits or angels. We lost someone very dear in my family but we know he is here.We all see shadows and have glimpses of him,and the weirdest thing is my son's cell phone rings with his # in the caller id.
You simply believe or you don't .

I am a practicing Wiccan. I am deeply involved in astral projection and meditation, and have met my deceased family members on many occasions. Though I'm not sure how to technically answer the question of how LONG they stay, he/she certainly is still there, watching and loving you.

there is no limbo. you go up or down the moment your heart stops beating. kind of a scary thought, isn't it? make the right choices now because once your dead you can't change your mind.
