I'm 5'4" a my doctor said my normal weight should be between 110-120 lbs. Now that weight amount depends on body fat percentages also. My body fat is 20% which is borderline low but I work out a lot doing strength and toning workouts. Don't think that you'd want body fat to go over 25% at that height though. Your heritage can have some effects on the way you carry your weight too. The important thing is not to worry about the numbers and eat healthy and as long as you feel great about yourself that's all you need to know. An important tip to remember is that men like girls/women with some shape and curves. No one likes a stick figure!

"They" usually say 100 lbs for 5' and 5 times your inches......therefore about 120 lbs would be about right for you. It depends on your body build also.
