Depends on how good they are. The NFL has drafted NAIA players before.

Look at Casey FitzSimmons, he went to college at Carroll (4 time defending NAIA champions), and now he is a TE for Detroit.

If you are good, the scouters will find them

A kicker drafted from the NAIA: no chance. However, teams are always looking for free agent kickers and some have open tryouts when their kicker goes down with an injury or blows a big kick.

I attended an NAIA school, and I must say this...if anyone is good enough to play for an NFL team, they should be TOO good to play in the NAIA. There was a kid from Urbana University (Urbana, OH) that was signed by someone a while back. He was a long-snapper or something like that. It wasn't a major skilled position. So it has happened.
