In Atlanta, it definitely means tea length dress, fine jewelry, matching shoes and purse, and definitely go to the salon for an updo and manicure. Your date should have on a very nice suit and tie. Atlanta is a high style society. Somewhere else you could get away with after five clothes.

After five dress... Nothing you would wear on Sat to the movies and not a formal. It could be a nice dress that you may wear to work but accessorize it well and and it will work. Sun best with accessories. OK that's my tip for the day.... * good luck *

something you would wear to work...that is if you have an office type job. I would recommend a cute lil party dress, preferebly black. Or a nice pants suit...without a jacket. It's summer time, so mabye a nice short sleeve or no sleeve blouse.

Since its the summer time you can wear a pretty summer dress or pants suit. You might want to carry a wrap in case it gets cold.
