fiancee visa take 6-9 months to process as long as everything in order proof of income and fincancal responsible forms she has to go through medical exam and interview and prove of relationship . quickest way to hire a lawyer to do filing for you

you want quicker fly there marry her and get phil citizenship

You have to marry her in the Phillipines first. After INS checks out your situation, it takes about one year. But are you sure about your mate?

you could go call the US immigration and ask what visa you should apply to petition her. if you are a US citizen i guess it would be easy. doing it legally would always be a good choice. good luck.
