first of all they must know what happiness is, than they must want to be happy.
Read mind and know very well what they really want and need, give them all they want and need and it makes them happy.
And yeh to make someone happy is a reward and make urself happy so all world will be happy.

Make them laugh. This guy I just met calls me all the time for the simple fact that I make him laugh, and we really don't even know each other that well. Give them a hug. Smile. Compliment them on their outfit or the way they take care of their children. Sing really loud. Dance while I'm driving, people laugh when I do that. You should really get to know me, I think you would love me!

you have to put yourself aside and make this person your number one priority. make this person smile and laugh and be good to this person, treat them with respect and use your manners with this person. dont hurt them or try to treat them like you want to be treated.
